These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Elvra Living ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Prices are shown in euros and may change without notice. If we find a pricing or product error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email and may decline or cancel an order, for example for stock, pricing or fraud-prevention reasons. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

5. Product use and safety

Use products as described in their instructions. Car accessories are auxiliary items and do not replace original vehicle equipment; check your local traffic regulations before use. Batteries and power adapters are only included when stated on the product page.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Elvra Living or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for defective products.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
