Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time and cost

Shipping is free on orders over €100. For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee applies: €2.50 (US: $3.00), shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect shipping information

Please check that your shipping address is correct before you complete your purchase. Elvra Living is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed or missing orders
